“Abotti with Antonietta has not only changed my life. It’s given me a purpose and a challenge. As a cardiac survivor, I’ve gone through many emotions. Terrified to exercise, scared to be part of a large group setting, suffered from anxiety and depression. Antonietta is an incredibly genuine leader who prides herself and her program on being non judgemental. Her encouraging voice and contagious smile have allowed me to be part of a welcoming community. I’ve gone from being terrified to adventurous. Abotti offers many different programs that I can do without fear. My anxiety and depression have improved so much. I put myself out there without hesitation. I’ve met some amazing people. And most importantly I no longer worry about my heart stopping during activity. “I’ve known Antonietta for over 3 years now, ever since I was the only guy walking into her class in Aurora. You won’t find a more welcoming person, eager to help everyone become more fit and healthy.
Early 2020, the COVID Pandemic caused her in-person classes to be cancelled. Was that the end? No! Antonietta started offering classes via Zoom through that summer.
At first, it was just people who had attended her classes in several local towns. Then more people joined from around the GTA. Then more from across Canada and the U.S.! And a Community was born! It’s such a community that people are becoming friends! Many now visit each other in person (safely, in accordance with local restrictions, etc.) and many enjoy walking, hiking, and cycling in addition to the abotti classes!
There are now hundreds of people of all ages (anywhere from about 4 or 5 to 80!) and fitness levels participating in a variety of classes, with a variety of instructors, all week long.
If you want to become healthier while making new friends, I highly recommend joining the abotti classes that meet your physical (and mental) health needs, budget, and schedule.”

gets left behind. And now with several new program options (you can pick one or all!) you can always try something new.
Class is always fun as the playlist changes each week and there are sometimes special days (ie dressing up for Halloween).
Though I have never met any of the people in person that attend class I can happily call them my friends-it’s such an amazing tribe.
You won’t just get physically healthy but also “feel good” healthy from the abotti community!”

“My experience with Antonietta and the abotti coaches has been absolutely life changing. As someone 50+ who was overweight and extremely inactive, I never imagined that I would become someone who would not only workout on a regular basis, but would actually look forward to it and enjoy every minute of it.
From the first class I was hooked, Antonietta’s enthusiasm, upbeat attitude and encouragement was the motivation I needed. There is such a wide variety of classes offered , each is low impact and all have the same message “you do you”, This simple but powerful statement lets you know immediately that you are welcome and accepted regardless of your activity level.
I highly recommend all the classes, the step classes are fun, energetic and leave you sweaty and excited for the next class. A new favourite of mine is the abotti strength, using weights is new to me, but Paula does a phenomenal job at explaining the correct form and techniques. There is no doubt that for me after participating in all the various classes, by the end of the week I feel that I have had a total body workout.
Lastly I would say look no further if you are looking for a community that will support you on your wellness journey. The abotti community is the most caring, passionate, fun and most importantly non judgemental bunch of people that I have ever been part of.
I would say don’t wait another day, try a class and I promise that you will not be disappointed.”
